Food & Lodging update

Welcome to the Food & Lodging update 

With this update, you will sometimes run across a campsite where it's possible to stay for the night and heal to full. 

Food rations will for now be a random drop from enemies. 

Rations can be consumed to regain a couple of hitpoints, but more importantly, they are needed for staying at the campsites.
